Ambrose began his career in law enforcement in 1990 after serving in the military, and earned his Master's Degree in Psychology in 2013. Throughout the years as a public servant and his current position as a clinical therapist, Ambrose's technique is unique in that he has taken his years of law enforcement and military experience alongside his professional training as a counselor to a level that exceeds expectations. His empathy toward people who have suffered unexpected tragedies or those who may be in troubling times, has made the treatment exemplary in areas of anger management, anxiety, depression, PTSD and men's issues.

Sharalee earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has worked in the mental health field for 15 years. She has developed the ability to navigate challenging situations and adjust to the needs of various age groups, cultures, and belief systems. These experiences have allowed her to become a highly effective guide that assists others with cultivating a more fulfilling life.

Gianna is a Master's-level intern pursuing her degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. Gianna takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, incorporating evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness to support each client's unique journey toward healing and growth.

Josselline is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings a bilingual and multicultural perspective to her work.
As a college softball coach, she creates a safe and empowering environment for each player, offering a supportive space to navigate demanding schedules, build resilience, and thrive both on and off the field.
She holds a core belief that every individual deserves to be truly heard and understood.
Her experiences in third-world countries have shaped her clinical interests in life management skills and cultural diversity, motivating her to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in achieving personal growth and balance.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a particular emphasis on visualization techniques to foster a balanced and mindful state of mind.
